AEO Enterprise

AEO, short for Authorized Economic Operator, refers to a system set up by the World Customs Organization (WCO) to build a cooperative partnership between Customs authority and business circles for trade security and facilitation.In 2015.
Guangdong Dimei has authorized to be an AEO enterprise and can enjoy the following preferential policies from the customs credit control:
1. Relatively low inspection rate of import and export goods; Prior inspection for the goods that subject to be inspected by the customs;
2. Simplified examination of documentations of import and export goods;
3. Priority in processing import and export clearance formalities
4. Can go through inspection and release formalities before the commodity classification customs valuation and origin of the import and export goods are determined or other customs formalities are fulfilled;
5. Coordinators are offered by the Customs administration to deal with clearance issues;
6. Enjoy the preferential treatment from customs credit control offered by AEO mutual-recognition countries/regions

Return Services

With the vision of “Always think ahead of the clients”, focusing on customers’ needs on reducing logistic cost, reducing stock for import goods and allocating cross border, on the basis of the relevant law and regulations of state taxation, foreign currency management, customs and CIQ, DIMEI has featured four programs to suit the needs. The programs include Return & Refund, Refund & Exchange, Return, and General Trade for Export (Export Tax Refund):

Return and refund
Paid duties and value-added tax of the import goods that are re-carried out of China because of damage, shortage, poor quality, incompatible specifications, delayed delivery or other reasons, can be refunded or the goods can be returned within 1 year as of the day when the customs clearance is made.
Return and exchange
The import goods that are re-carried out of China because of damage, shortage, poor quality, incompatible specifications, delayed delivery or other reasons, can be returned and exchanged for the same type of goods within 3 years as of the day when the customs clearance is made. And the duties and value-added tax of the exchange goods can be deductible in the form of compensated goods.
Return
The import goods that are re-carried out of China because of damage, shortage, poor quality, incompatible specifications, delayed delivery or other reasons, upon customers’ requirements, can be returned without refund or exchange within 3 years as of the day when the customs clearance is made.
General trade for export (export tax refund)
The import goods for re-carried out of China that are on the customs refund list and not subject to the statutory commodity inspection can be applied for tax refund. This service is particularly suitable for the goods that are not applicable to return clauses (damage, shortage, poor quality, incompatible specifications, delayed delivery or other reasons) or expire return period (within 3 years) specified by customs. This service can be effectively, to a great degree, lower the logistic cost for our customers.

Integrated Regional Customs Clearance

Since May 2014, DIMEI has comprehensively carried out the service that goods will be shipped directly to destination while customs clearance and delivery are arranged by DIMEI at local customs. DIMEI is a senior certified cooperate and authorized through the specific approval of the General Customs Administration to conduct this kind of service.

Benefited from the new policy, goods that are belong to general cargo and not subject to any supervision provision, can be shipped directly to destination while DIMEI declares to customs of local port and arrange delivery after receive customs’ release data. DIMEI is well equipped with a huge logistic team that helps realize a quick pick-up and delivery to customers’ warehouse. This service will not increase the logistic cost but deliver various intimate services instead. The general procedure is as follows:
